I strongly believe that the key to making machines able to learn is to focus on excellent data quality, strict pre-processing, and knowing our project goals so we can choose the right model and metrics for our problem.

I am passionate about knowing how a data model is structured and knowing the techniques to promote its quality. A good ETL is essential to obtain good results, even more so if we have to face Big Data environments and work in a distributed way.

I really enjoy automating processes and reduce the time that we expend in boring and repetitive tasks. That could be by building a ETL processes or using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or another tools.

I am attracted to the idea of creating functional websites, since I was 20 years old I have been creating websites for companies and people who need to digitally transform their business, I also believe that having fundamental knowledge in software is a useful tool as a data professional.

Undoubtedly my greatest passion in life is teaching, you learn a lot by studying, you learn more by doing; but there is no better learning than teaching. I have been teaching independently since I was 17 and professionally since I was 23, mainly in the areas of statistics, industrial engineering and data science.

Not everything is code, so I enjoy skating anywhere whenever I can, talking with people and sharing in society. I take them everywhere and every time I visit a new country; life is more beautiful like this. In my backpack I only need a computer and my skates.
